Constitutional Law for Criminal Justice
(5 credits)
Examines the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights as it pertains to law
enforcement, the judiciary and corrections. Includes statutory law and judicial
decisions governing guilt laden facts, reasonable suspicion, probable cause,
arrest, search and seizure, interrogations, confessions and other constitutional
safeguards.
